Hartlepool MP Calls on Starmer to Set Resignation Timetable

Labour's defeat in Hartlepool prompted its own MP to publicly demand the prime minister stand aside. Jonathan Brash, Hartlepool's Labour MP, called on Starmer to set a timetable for an orderly transition to a new leader. Brash described the night as a terrible result for the party.
