Harry Kane Becomes Europe's Highest-Paid Footballer

Harry Kane has signed a new Bayern Munich deal through 2029 that reports say pays about £400,000 a week before bonuses, making the England captain Europe's highest-paid footballer on base salary, the Evening Standard says. The Ballon d'Or winner scored sixty-one club goals last season after leaving Tottenham Hotspur in 2023. His new package is said to edge Haaland and Mbappe on guaranteed wages alone.
