Half of managers say young people lack work skills
A new report indicates that numerous young individuals complete their education lacking the necessary practical abilities for employment. A survey of 1,100 managers found half had seen young employees who didn't understand punctuality or appropriate communication. The Chartered Management Institute stated that such skills are acquirable via work experience, apprenticeships, and training.
