GTA 6 will launch as download only

This marks a big shift for one of entertainment's biggest franchises, as even physical copies will only contain a download code. Many gamers hoped for a traditional disc to lend or resell, but single-use digital codes stop this. With over half of Xbox Series consoles and a quarter of PS5s now disc-free, digital sales are the norm.
