Greenwich to build 8,000 new homes in Charlton Riverside over 20 years

The Charlton Riverside development aims to create a vibrant new neighbourhood with 1,000 new jobs over the next two decades. A new partnership was revealed on Monday by Greenwich Council, the Greater London Authority (GLA), and Transport for London (TfL). The three organisations will work together on a shared plan to unlock investment, improve transport, and guide the area's long-term transformation.
