Google's lawsuit against AI search scraper dismissed by court
A US court has thrown out Google's case against SerpApi, which scrapes search results to train AI models. Google had claimed SerpApi breached copyright law, but the judge found no evidence of this. Google now has 21 days to alter its submission and demonstrate it was representing copyright owners.
