Girls school 'puts pupils at risk', Ofsted finds
Ofsted, the education watchdog, says Notre Dame RC school in Plymouth has an 'inappropriate culture' putting girls at significant harm. Inspectors visited in February after a complaint, finding leaders did not act quickly enough on allegations against adults. Many pupils said they would not report concerns, fearing they wouldn't be believed or action taken.
