Gillian Anderson felt 'betrayed' by Salt Path memoir allegations

Gillian Anderson said allegations about Raynor Winn's memoir, which she starred in, felt like a "betrayal" after she spent time with the couple. Sony Classics then pulled its US distribution deal for the film, which was set to be signed the week the Observer article came out. The film will now be released in the US by Rialto Distribution on 4 September.
