General Petraeus says UK should lead NATO military reforms after Ukraine lessons

General David Petraeus told the House of Lords that Britain should reorganise its defence institutions based on lessons from the Ukraine war. He said the UK's early recognition of Russia's threat and support for Ukraine give it a chance to lead NATO's transformation. Petraeus believes the nature of warfare is changing rapidly, with Ukraine acting as a "defining military laboratory."
