FTSE 100 Little Changed as Energy Shares Offset Losses
People with investments saw little change in UK share prices as caution grew after planned discussions between Washington and Tehran were cancelled. By 0948 GMT on Friday, the main London market gauge slipped 5.40 points, while the FTSE 250 lost 0.5% and headed for a weekly decline. Energy firms helped limit losses, with BP up 1.7% and Shell gaining 1.0%.
