Four teenagers arrested after fatal Accrington hit-and-run death

Matthew Weller died in hospital after being struck by a car in Accrington, and police have arrested four teenagers. ITV News reported that the collision happened at the junction of Blackburn Road and Birch Street. Lancashire Police said the arrests followed a suspected hit-and-run, and ITV published the report at 8:48am on Friday morning.
