First adult T-rex footprint series shows it walked at human pace

Scientists have found the first full set of adult T-rex footprints, revealing the dinosaur likely moved at a casual human walking speed. The 66-million-year-old trackway, found in North Dakota, spans seven metres and shows the T-rex moving at 1.5 to 2 metres per second. Each massive print measures about one metre long and was preserved by soft mud hardening over millions of years.
