FIFA to give World Cup winners championship rings for first time

The 2026 FIFA World Cup will introduce custom-designed championship rings for the winning team, a first for the tournament. While the captain and head coach will get temporary rings after the final, the 30 personalised rings for the champions will be delivered later. Fans can also buy one of 1,996 officially licensed rings to own a piece of history.
