FIFA accuses UEFA of election interference

FIFA has accused UEFA of spreading “misinformation” and attempting to influence next year’s presidential election through legal action over its abandoned FIFA Forward Enterprise plan. FIFA rejected UEFA’s claims about Gianni Infantino and the proposed commercial venture, saying the plan had proper oversight. UEFA had sought access to FIFA documents in a US court as part of potential legal proceedings in Switzerland.
