Fatboy Slim invests £7m to save Brighton's Pipeline music venue
Brighton's Pipeline venue is set to transition to community ownership, with its future being safeguarded by a £7m project that DJ Fatboy Slim supports. Music Venue Properties (MVP) bought the Pipeline as their tenth site, aiming to be a "benevolent landlord" and keep rents stable. The venue's owner, Thomas Evrenos, said this means he won't have to give up, with many grassroots venues struggling.
