Farage calls Burnham's rise a 'coup', demands immediate election
Nigel Farage has labelled Andy Burnham's unopposed ascent to Prime Minister a "coup," arguing he lacks a public mandate. Farage believes Burnham's by-election win in Makerfield is insufficient justification for his new role. He is now calling for a general election to be held immediately.
