Everyman: Why 45% of investors want off the stock market
Everyman investors face the prospect of the company leaving AIM. Three directors, Adam Kaye, Charles Dorfman and Michael Rosehill, who together hold 45.6% of shares, have told the board to drop the AIM listing, with the board also noting at least 11% more shareholders back an exit and private equity group Blue Coast holding over 29%. Shares have fallen 80 per cent in recent years.
