England have been handed a daunting last-16 tie against unbeaten hosts Mexico at the Estadio Azteca, with a punishing 1am BST kickoff on Monday for fans back home. It is a ground where Mexico have never lost a World Cup match, and the high altitude of Mexico City plus a hostile 88,000 crowd make it England’s toughest test yet. Mexico are yet to concede a goal all tournament.
