Dubai developer Arada plans 5,000 homes in £2.5 billion east London scheme

Dubai-based property firm Arada is transforming a 47-acre site at the Royal Docks in Silvertown with a huge regeneration project. The scheme will include about 5,000 homes, with 35% designated as affordable, and half the area will be green space. Arada, founded by Middle Eastern royalty, also plans a new Docklands Light Railway station.
