Dolly Parton's estate got a restraining order against her nephew and former security head, Bryan Seaver, due to alleged threats. The lawsuit claims Seaver, who calls himself a heavily armed former military contractor, made "relentless" threats against Parton's manager Danny Nozell and others. A Tennessee judge cited these threats and Seaver's alleged demands for payment in the order, with a hearing set for 7 October.
