The US Department of Justice removed thousands of documents from its website Monday after flawed redactions exposed the identities of nearly 100 Jeffrey Epstein victims. The release, part of a mandated 3 million-document disclosure, inadvertently included unredacted names, email addresses, and nude photographs due to "technical or human error." US Attorney Jay Clayton confirmed the removal following urgent requests from victims' lawyers, stating protocols are being revised to protect survivors while complying with transparency laws.
