Djokovic beats top seed Zverev 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 to reach China Open semifinals

Novak Djokovic overcame top seed Alexander Zverev in the China Open quarterfinals, winning 4-6, 6-4, 6-4 after an initial deficit. The six-time champion struggled early, but gradually worked his way back into the match to win in two hours and 35 minutes on Sunday. Djokovic will now face Daniil Medvedev in the semifinals, moving closer to his seventh China Open title.
