Manchester City striker Erling Haaland sustained an injury and left the field on Sunday night while playing for Norway in their Nations League fixture against Portugal. He signalled to his manager, Stale Solbakken, to be substituted in the 67th minute in Porto. City boss Enzo Maresca will now be concerned before their match against Liverpool on 11 October.
