Delivery driver stole £4,080 of Ozempic

A delivery driver stole over £4,000 worth of Ozempic, a popular weight-loss drug, from his employer, a pharmaceutical wholesaler. Peter Daniel, 62, was observed on surveillance footage removing over 30 cartons of the substance between April 17 and May 5, 2026. Authorities discovered 34 boxes, valued at £4,080, stored in his refrigerator; he claimed to use them to manage an eating disorder.
