Evri seeks £1.2m from BBC in court
People using parcel services can still watch the programme while the legal case continues. Evri has started a libel claim against the BBC, saying a December Panorama broadcast wrongly suggested it treated couriers unfairly and misled Parliament, causing financial harm. BBC iPlayer now carries a note about the claim, and the BBC hasn't commented on the case.
