Data centres shift beyond London due to power
About 40% of Britain's data centres are in London, holding two-thirds of the country's total capacity. However, new developments are spreading beyond the capital due to power shortages and planning issues. North West England has the most planned projects outside of London and the South East, while Wales has the second-highest IT capacity.
