Cuba Runs Out Of Diesel And Fuel

Long blackouts have shut schools, disrupted hospitals and pushed hundreds onto Havana’s streets in protest over worsening energy shortages. Energy Minister Vicente de la O Levy said Cuba has no diesel or fuel oil left, while limited gas supplies remain available from domestic wells. Parts of Havana have faced power cuts lasting between 20 and 22 hours, according to state media interviews.
