Crown Estate profit drops 13% to £1.245 billion.

Less money reached the UK Treasury after income from offshore wind agreements fell as projects entered construction. Britain's Crown Estate reported annual net operating profit of £1.245 billion on Thursday, down 13% from a year earlier, mainly because receipts from those leases declined. Treasury receipts totalled £487 million, compared with about £1.1 billion a year earlier.
