Cornwall caravan residents risk losing places to live
People living in caravans because they can't find or afford rented homes could lose where they live. Cornwall council recently said it ranked among England's five busiest authorities for planning enforcement, with half its notices involving caravans on farmland. Sue Nicholls said 35 residents at her farm may have to leave while officials discuss the site's future.
