Clegg: Brexit was UK's 'cardiac arrest,' weakening defense

He compared the UK leaving the EU to a "massive cardiac arrest", with warnings about economic consequences proving correct. Sir Nick further stated that Europe's importance to Britain has increased significantly, particularly given that the country can no longer depend on America for its defence.
