Claude Mythos AI Worries Banks And Regulators
Bank systems could be the next hacking target. Anthropic announced on 7 April that its new AI, Claude Mythos, can beat humans at certain hacking and security tasks, prompting serious concern from finance ministers and central bankers. UK safety researchers warned the biggest risk is to weakly defended systems, with 12 firms including Apple and Microsoft given limited access.
