Claire's, Factory Shop owner faces insolvency in UK
Claire's and The Original Factory Shop are entering administration in the UK and Ireland. Modella Capital, the owner of both retail chains, initiated insolvency proceedings due to a challenging trading environment and declining high street sales as shoppers shift online. Claire's previously entered administration in August 2025 after its US parent company's bankruptcy.
