Chelsea urged to sign £26m England star Djed Spence

Former Chelsea midfielder Andy Townsend believes the club should try to sign Djed Spence, who has also been offered to Liverpool and Manchester United. Spence, a 25-year-old full-back, impressed at this summer's World Cup for England. Tottenham, his current club, could sell him for around £25.6 million, with Inter Milan also in talks.
