ChatGPT's new voice mode understands natural speech, works in CarPlay

OpenAI has introduced GPT-Live, an advanced set of voice models for ChatGPT designed to enhance the naturalness of AI conversations. The upgraded voice mode, which can listen while it speaks and access web search, is rolling out to users on iOS, Android, and the web today. GPT-Live is also a big improvement for CarPlay, making other voice systems seem less capable.
