Camilla found it "difficult" keeping King's cancer secret

Queen Camilla has now addressed, for the first time, the pressure of maintaining secrecy around King Charles III's cancer diagnosis. She said it was "difficult" to avoid discussing his treatment during an engagement with cancer patients in January 2024, just before the news became public. The King's openness about his diagnosis has led to a 12% increase in men contacting Maggie's cancer charity.
