Burnham names Healey Chancellor, Miliband Foreign Secretary in new cabinet

Prime Minister Andy Burnham has appointed his first cabinet, making John Healey Chancellor of the Exchequer in a surprise move. Ed Miliband has been appointed Foreign Secretary, and Shabana Mahmood continues in her role as Home Secretary. Louise Haigh, a close ally, becomes Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and First Secretary of State, coordinating government policy.
