British woman fatally stabbed in Portugal hotel

A 34-year-old British woman sustained multiple stab wounds at a four-star hotel in Albufeira, southern Portugal, on Tuesday night. Police arrested a 34-year-old man, thought to be her partner, on suspicion of murder following the incident. The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office confirmed her death and is supporting her family.
