British tennis player Jodie Burrage says she received death threats and abuse on social media after losing her first WTA Tour match in 16 months. The 27-year-old Londoner, ranked 474th, was beaten in three sets by India's Vaishnavi Adkar at the Chennai Open. She shared the messages online, saying she remembered why she left, while fellow players say angry gamblers send much of such abuse.
