British people fly home from virus ship

Passengers are returning to the UK after a hantavirus outbreak on a cruise ship led to three deaths. British nationals were flown to Manchester on Sunday from the MV Hondius, which was docked in the Canary Islands. Evacuees wore hazmat suits and were hosed down by staff on the airport tarmac in Tenerife.
