British Heart Foundation closing 87 shops by March 2027
The British Heart Foundation is closing 87 of its charity shops by March 2027, part of a larger plan to shut about 150 stores over two years. The charity reported that some locations were no longer financially viable due to increased operating expenses and shifts in customer behaviour. Despite these closures, the British Heart Foundation states its overall financial position remains healthy.
