British climber breaks foreign Everest record

Mountain guides say one British climber has now gone higher more times than any other foreign mountaineer on Everest. Kenton Cool, 52, reached the summit before dawn on Friday, completing his 20th climb of the 8,849-metre peak and then started heading down. Nepali climber Kami Rita still holds the overall record with 32 successful ascents of the mountain.
