Britain's Paramount-Warner review could mean new promises for viewers

Britain's culture minister Lisa Nandy said she was leaning towards a public-interest review, while lawyers and advisers said any delay could encourage voluntary commitments. Paramount and Warner have until July 6 to reply, with possible pledges covering ITN, children's television and Leavesden studios.
