Britain's main stock markets climb slightly after hitting a one-month low

Both the FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 indices grew by 0.1% on Thursday, helped by improving global bond rates before Friday's American jobs report. Telecom businesses Vodafone and Airtel Africa drove the positive trend, while Hilton Food Group jumped 16.7% after raising its profit forecasts. Meanwhile, luxury fashion brand Burberry saw its shares fall 1.9% because of poor sales expectations across Europe.
