Britain sanctions 24 linked to Russian cyber networks

Britain announced the sanctions on Monday, blaming Russian cyber networks for efforts to spread chaos and division across Europe and naming individuals and entities connected to those activities. Three GRU figures named were Vyacheslav Stafeyev, Ivan Senin and Ivan Kasyanenko.
