BrewDog owner says James Watt's new takeover offer changes nothing
James Watt has made another offer through his new company, Second Best, after his earlier attempt to buy BrewDog failed in March. Tilray Brands, which bought BrewDog for £33m, said it does not comment on speculation and remains happy with the business after investing about £50m more. Watt says 43,000 registered "equity punks" back his plan and would get free equity back if it succeeds.
