Bosses urged to plan for World Cup staff absences

Many UK workplaces could face disruption this summer as staff want to watch late-night World Cup football matches. Acas, the workplace advisory service, is urging employers to set clear rules on time off, sickness, and flexible working. Matches in Canada, Mexico, and the USA will kick off between 5pm and 5am UK time.
