Benjamin Netanyahu holds talks with Donald Trump next week as Lebanon fighting eases

During the trip, the Israeli leader will also go to the funeral of Lindsey Graham, the late American senator. The upcoming schedule follows the Lebanese president travelling to Washington for talks with Marco Rubio, the US secretary of state. Border fighting with the militant group Hezbollah has slowed down recently after an American-brokered agreement, while Israel remains silent on ongoing US attacks against Iran.
