Bellingham and Kane sink Panama as England top group

England came from a goalless first half to beat Panama 2-0 in New Jersey on Saturday, finishing top of their World Cup group. Jude Bellingham opened the scoring on 62 minutes by flicking home a Bukayo Saka corner, then set up Harry Kane to head in five minutes later. Kane’s goal made him England’s all-time leading scorer at World Cups, capping a much-improved second-half display.
