BBC Radio DJ Andy Kershaw Dies Aged 66

Britain has lost one of its most pioneering voices in British music radio. BBC broadcaster Andy Kershaw has died at the age of 66, his family confirmed, after undergoing cancer treatment for tumours found in his spine last August. The Rochdale-born presenter hosted his well-known Radio 1 show for almost 15 years from 1985, succeeding the late John Peel.
