Lucie Kon, an executive producer on the Oscar-winning documentary Mr Nobody Against Putin, says the BBC paid her more than £400,000 after she raised concerns about antisemitism from colleagues following the 7 October attacks. Kon, whose role was cut in a restructure, settled before a tribunal hearing. The BBC said its processes did not uphold her allegations but accepted shortcomings in how she was treated.
